The location puts Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and Basilica Cistern very close by. There are plenty of restaurants around, though they’re pricey. A bit of a walk uphill gets you to cheaper places that I found better. My room felt cramped. The air-conditioning and shower were fine, and the room was cleaned well, though I found blood spots on the pillowcase. The lift wasn’t working when we arrived, and despite assurances, it was still out of order on our fourth day, when we left. Hot water stopped for two days in a row. On day two it came back after two hours as promised, but on day three there was none at all. The electricity also went out in the middle of the night. Without power, there were no hot drinks at breakfast, so we had to eat elsewhere. That was disappointing, and without hot water a winter shower would have been impossible.

Ozcan was incredibly kind and helpful. I fell asleep and he made sure I got to my cab in time for my flight. The hotel itself is cozy, with decent rooms, a good price, and a great rooftop that you can use anytime. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Istanbul. Thanks so much.

The staff were helpful, answered all our questions, and cleaned the rooms often. They offer early check-in for a fee, though they can be a little pushy. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean. As first-time travelers to Instanbul, we had a wonderful stay and would give it 10/10.

This is a small, tidy, cozy hotel for resting and getting ready for your trip, not for a luxury stay. The staff were very helpful, and the terrace restaurant on the top floor serves breakfast with a good view. Hagia sophia, blue mosque, and the tram are all within walking distance. Soundproofing in the room isn’t great, so you can hear the tram and noises from outside.
