The owner was very polite, attentive, and easy to talk to. The hotel was in great shape and had what I needed for a comfortable stay on a moderate budget. My room was very clean, the shower and appliances worked, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was efficient. There’s a pedestrian shopping street and bus lines within walking distance.

Hasan, Faten, and the people around them were so helpful to us. We really enjoyed staying here and felt the warmth of a family. Hopefully we can come back again.

The hotel has very poor sound insulation. The toilet lid was supposedly newly replaced, but it still couldn’t be used properly: every time I opened it, it fell down, so using the toilet normally was impossible. Turning on the light started the exhaust fan, which was extremely noisy, and there was no sound insulation at all. I raised these issues with the front desk and was told that was just how it was and it couldn’t be changed. I suggested they keep the exhaust system off if it was broken, but they said the noise was unavoidable. This was how Istanbul handled it on its own. After I explained everything to the boss, he became extremely impatient.

We booked an apartment on the top floor, and it was spacious with three beds and all the amenities fully equipped. The hotel is conveniently close to Taksim Square, which made it easy to catch the airport shuttle. We’ll definitely come back next time.

The responsible person was very helpful and available whenever we had a request. The service was excellent and the prices very convenient. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the neighbourhood felt safe. It’s near Taksim Square. I highly recommend it!
