Çağrı made a real difference during our stay. He was friendly, attentive and ready to help with anything, and his positive attitude gave the experience a personal touch. We felt genuinely looked after and will definitely return. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere welcoming, and everything was handled professionally from beginning to end. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were good and so was breakfast. Just know that getting to Ortakoy means going uphill if you plan to visit often.

The staff are respectful, the service is respectful, and the attention was wonderful. The location works well if you want to be near Ortakoy. Walking downhill to the Mecidiye Mosque and the Bosphorus takes only five minutes. I’d gladly stay again. 🙏🏻💙

The location made getting around easy, with the bus station just a short walk away. For a short visit, the room was simple but functional and had what I needed. The bathroom let it down, though: it wasn’t very clean, and there was visible dirt in the bathing area. There’s no parking at the hotel, so we paid for a nearby lot and had to carry our luggage over. It’s decent if location matters more to you than comfort, but the cleanliness and parking could be better.

The climb up the ramp to the hotel is exhausting. We were drenched in sweat every time. The staff are mostly friendly, but a few can be spiteful. I was frightened when I remembered seeing a customer and an employee arguing.
