Mandala Karaköy Hotel

The location and hotel design were lovely, and the team were friendly. The lobby staff also kindly helped us whenever we needed a taxi. The rooms were well cared for, and the clean pillows and duvets made us feel almost at home. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was a very positive experience. Thanks to the whole team for the great service.

I’d gladly return because of Eren, Erhan, rasit, and Yusuf. They were always smiling, kind and ready to help, with real attention to detail. Their professionalism made me feel welcome and cared for the whole time. These four are the stars of the hotel, and their service made the stay unforgettable. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We loved everything about Mandala hotel and will definitely be back soon. The location was amazing, the hotel was super clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Every receptionist was kind and helpful. Thank you! 🤩

Rooms were quiet even though the hotel sits near restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife in a busy area. It’s tucked down a side road, which helps. The team were pleasant and very keen to help. Standard rooms might feel small to some, but mine worked fine, was clean and well maintained, and felt like good value. A neat, tidy place in a handy spot.
