A great place with great amenities.

It was a really lovely apartment, and we had a great time at the complex. The pool area has a children's pool, plus toilets and showers. From there, you can reach the supermarket through the underground garage. The elevators are quick, cleaning happens regularly, and the security staff are friendly. There's also a good café nearby, and the walk down to the promenade takes 5 to 10 minutes.

I use this EV charging point from time to time. When I was leaving the parking lot, the company wanted me to pay, saying I'd gone over the 3-hour limit. The amount wasn't shown, and the error screens weren't working. By my timing, I may have been just 2-3 minutes late at most. If the automatic barrier and software aren't working, they shouldn't charge people arbitrarily. Even in an empty parking lot, asking for money over two minutes isn't acceptable. This kind of experience makes an already lightly used charging point unusable and puts people off electric vehicles.

It's really nice. The cafes and other amenities that have opened underneath have brought more life to the street.
