The location was fantastic, with shops, cafés, and attractions close by, so there was plenty to do without going far. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service was generally very good. Staff were helpful, and they sell cabin-size suitcases and help guests repack when needed. A couple of things made us uncomfortable. As we were leaving for the airport, hotel staff accidentally left one of our bags behind instead of loading it into the vehicle. They sent it later by another taxi, but at first tried to charge us for delivery even though it was their mistake. The airport transfer arranged through the hotel also seemed overpriced. We were quoted 3,300 TL, but the driver charged 3,600 TL. There were some unexpected payment issues too. Keep a close eye on transfer costs and luggage arrangements. Aside from those incidents, we had a very good experience.

Ikram and Ilker deserve a special thank you for their kindness, hospitality, and support. They went out of their way to help us, and their warm, professional manner made the whole stay more memorable. The entire team was helpful and kept things on track throughout. We felt truly welcomed and looked after, and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

We felt safe throughout our stay, and the price was very reasonable for the quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent. We had a wonderful time and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

Merter, Ferhat, and Dervish made this stay especially memorable. They were professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help, so we felt like VIP guests. The whole team made us feel welcome and comfortable from beginning to end. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, well organized, and had excellent facilities. Thanks to the team, especially Merter, Ferhat, and Dervish, it was simply the best.

The location was excellent, in an upscale area with everything I might need nearby. The hotel was very clean and smelled lovely throughout, and the reception team made check-in smooth and pleasant. Farhat welcomed us with a smile, was friendly and helpful, and handled our luggage professionally. Everything was at a high level. This definitely won’t be my last stay. Highly recommended!
