North Point Denizli

I spent a week at North Point while recovering from surgery, so I was in my room most of the time. It was spacious and clean, which made my stay comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and courteous. A big thank you to hotel manager Mehmet. The breakfast buffet was great, and I also tried the lamb sticks at the hotel restaurant after seeing someone recommend them in a Google review. They were great too. On my last day, the hotel gave me some little gifts, which was so sweet. I had an amazing time and would book again if I’m ever in Denizli.

The hotel didn’t offer us any solution after an automatic door failed to stop as my friend was passing through and hit him, breaking his glasses. They said they didn’t have insurance for that kind of case. Our room was noisy because there’s a road next to the hotel. They don’t take care of tourists, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It’s a small hotel, but very nice and comfortable, with clean rooms and modern equipment. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices. The hotel isn’t in the city centre, though it’s easy to reach the main roads, and Denizli airport is about 50 minutes away. There are unfortunately only a few restaurants nearby.

The room was decent, and the service and food were good. But because the power stays off until you use the room key to turn it on, the room wasn’t cool when I came back after a night out. I had to cool it down again, and even with the air conditioning running full blast all night, my top floor room never got comfortable enough to sleep.
