Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of homemade food and a stunning sea view. Villa Anka is also ideally placed, a one-minute walk from the beach and about ten minutes from the restaurants and bars in the center. We really enjoyed staying here. Mustafa and the staff were friendly and helpful, and we hope to see you all again soon!

Mustafa and Meral made our first holiday with a baby easy from the start, and we loved how welcoming they were. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, a breathtaking view, and a balcony that felt safe for a crawling baby. It was spotless, too. The location worked so well for us: about a minute on foot to the lovely private beach and 6-7 minutes with a pram to the center, so there was no need to drive anywhere. Meral is a wonderful cook; the fresh fish she made was the most delicious meal we had. We had a great time at Cunda Villa Anka and would happily return. A great hotel for everyone.

Mustafa is a wonderful host, so welcoming and such a great man. We loved the view from the balcony, and there was a lovely menu for lunch and dinner. Since we had to leave early in the morning, he offered to arrange an early breakfast so we could keep to our schedule. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Mustafa!

The warm, cheerful staff and their hospitality really made me happy. This boutique hotel in Cunda, Ayvalik is a must-see and a great place to stay. It has a lovely sea view from the balcony, and breakfast features delicious local food from Ayvalik. The location is great, too. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

The owner was so friendly and always smiling, and the view was great. The rooms were nice and new, with balconies, and breakfast was lovely.
