The animators were sweet, friendly, and talkative, and they tried hard to keep people entertained, though even they couldn't make up for everything else. The beach is right by the sea and could be beautiful, but it was very dirty. The pool had no circulation system that I could see, just a big blue hose at the side moving the water. They also talked about a clay bath, but even the kid in charge didn't know what it was or where it came from. The hotel itself was very old and dirty, and the rooms hadn't been cleaned. We waited five hours to get a room even though some were empty. I heard people say they'd brought three chefs from abroad, but even the chefs seemed to regret coming. There was practically no main course, just the same cold appetizers and desserts each day. Breakfast was two kinds of cheese with spices, plus bulgur salad, fried potatoes, melon, and watermelon every day. We got tired of it. The reservation desk described things nicely and said the bad reviews were exaggerated when I asked, but we saw for ourselves and felt those reviews were true. It's a shame they couldn't manage such a beautiful place. Don't waste your money and end up disappointed. We were three families and only enjoyed ourselves together. That's about it.

We chose to leave rather than stay in a hotel with so many problems. We had arrived early one morning in September 2021, and they let us eat breakfast while waiting for rooms to become available. The trouble began there: even after they changed the serving plates several times, each one still had traces of the previous guest and food on it, as if someone had just wiped it with a cloth. Back in the lobby, we heard guests complaining that their rooms were filthy and asking why nobody cleaned them. A few said they'd taken out their own trash and cleaned the rooms. One guest shouted at reception that they had to stay because no other hotels were available, were swimming at other beaches, and wanted to claim back the money spent there and on meals. When we asked for our payment back, the owner, Mr. Soysal, gave evasive answers, as though it were yesterday. As days went by, it became impossible to reach the people or contact persons. We're pursuing our rights legally. If you're considering this hotel, read the negative reviews rather than the positive ones left by supporters. Regards.

The animation team was the only bright spot, making an effort to help, but it didn't make up for the hotel's problems. The advertised “ultra all-inclusive” offer was misleading: drinks were limited to beer, raki, and vodka, with lemonade and cherry juice from a Tang-style machine instead of fruit juice. Even non-alcoholic fruit juices weren't available. Food came in small portions, the kitchen felt practically nonexistent, and the product selection was zero. For three days they said they had no lemons, and they kept saying they were out of cheddar for tomato soup. The pool was unhygienic, and the sea was always full of uncleaned seaweed. They advertised clay, but there was none. Cleanliness and hygiene were serious problems. The staff seemed unskilled and were all interns, unsure where anything was in the hotel. Everyone complained, but there was nobody to speak with. We never got value for our money, and the vacation was wasted.

I'm writing this to warn people, please don't ruin your vacation here. The whole place was old, filthy, and full of mosquitoes and insects. Even the lobby was dirty, the beach smelled awful and was impossible to swim at, and people around the hotel seemed unhappy. The pool railings were open enough for feet to get stuck, trash was everywhere, and there were no empty sunbeds. People seemed forced to go there, and we swam somewhere else. When we booked, they said we could leave our room at 12 and keep using the facilities. Since the children wanted the pool, we thought we'd stay, but then they said we absolutely had to check out. The food was awful too: staff tossed it onto plates instead of serving it properly, and the salad was not worth eating. We complained because it felt like you could get food poisoning. Don't assume it can't get worse, it was a complete disaster.
