Havana Apart Hotel

The apartment was roomy, with a lovely sea view, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning kept the whole place cool even on the hottest days, and the large fridge was handy for drinks and snacks. A nice surprise was having all the Norwegian TV channels. The location was good too, just a short walk from the beach. The cleaning staff were friendly and did a good job. The two young men at reception were especially helpful, polite, and available throughout our stay. They helped with anything we asked. The kitchen had few utensils, which made cooking tricky, and there was restaurant noise downstairs until around midnight, but neither issue spoiled the trip. We had a fantastic stay at Havana Apart Hotel and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

We left two days before our planned checkout because of the treatment we received. The receptionists on both day and night shifts were extremely rude and kept demanding extra money to let guests visit for a few hours. They repeatedly told us, "You are rich, and we are poor. Give us money!" They also kept entering our room without permission. This was the worst experience of my life, unbelievable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any Arab family.

The location suited me, and the hotel was furnished nicely with what you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, housekeeping came daily, and the staff were polite and very nice. Saturdays can be loud because of live music at the restaurant below. Elite restaurant serves good food, but we only found out on our last visit that it serves pork, which surprised us. We won't eat there again. Hotel guests do get 10% off at the restaurant. Also, breakfast isn't free, despite what the description says.

Yasin at reception is a really helpful, good person, someone you can trust. We had a room with a wonderful view, and it was cleaned very nicely. The hotel was renovated this winter, with its shortcomings taken care of, and everything felt perfect. It's a magnificent place in central Alanya. ❤️
