The Void Hotel

Breakfast was basic and average, but perfectly acceptable. The room was clean and well kept, and the reception team were welcoming and friendly. They spoke English well, so it was easy and comfortable to communicate. I was satisfied with my stay at Void Hotel Istanbul and would consider returning.

The staff are capable, attentive, and helpful, and the hotel is in an excellent spot, just 1 minute from the metro station. But the rooms are technically worn out and badly need repairs. The laminate is swollen, taps and entrance doors are broken, handles have come off, furniture is battered, and the bedding was leaking. It’s been a long time since the rooms were renovated. Fix them up and it’ll be fine.

Osmanbey metro station is a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. For the comfort and service, the price felt more than fair, and we plan to stay again on our next Istanbul trip. My wife and I spent 5 nights at Void Hotel Istanbul in room 506. It was more spacious than we expected, with large windows in both the bedroom and washroom that brought in plenty of natural light. The washroom was especially large, clean, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and after our days exploring the city we’d return to a room that was in perfect condition. The hotel stayed neat and clean throughout, and the room service was excellent. We enjoyed the English breakfast each morning. Nadia took especially good care of us. On our last day, the hotel kept our luggage in a secure locker after checkout, which was very convenient. The amenities were top-notch, and we were well looked after. Highly recommended.

We loved it so much that we extended our stay 3 times, and we’ll definitely come back. The staff are the hotel’s treasure, so polite and lovely that you feel like part of the family. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, and the interior was beautiful. It’s in a safe, picturesque district with lovely cafés and breakfast spots all around. A hidden gem.
