We could walk to most tourist areas or take the tram, and the location was great. The rooms were bigger than average, and the staff were helpful and polite. It was good value and we had a great stay, apart from one small issue: we had to remind housekeeping to change the towels.

For the price, this felt like a three-star hotel, though it was listed as five-star. I booked because the rate was similar to four-star hotels, but I didn't find anything here that felt five-star. Calling it that is misleading, since people could book a real four-star place for the same price. It's an okay property, just not a five-star accommodation at all.

I only needed somewhere to leave my luggage, but found one of the warmest and most welcoming hostels I've seen in Turkey. I don't speak Turkish, yet the staff were so helpful and kind that I felt completely safe. It was peaceful, clean and cozy, with a friendly atmosphere that put me at ease right away. They really care about people. Thank you for making my vacation feel so much better. I'd absolutely love to stay here next time.

Askin and Zeynep were so helpful and attentive that they made a big difference to our experience. Everything during our stay was excellent.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The room wasn't clean at all, and service wasn't available around the clock, it was only day by day. The cleaning woman was rude and acted like I was paying her to clean my room. I don't know how the hotel got a 4.5 rating or gets called five-star. Everyone must be lying. So pathetic.
