The bathroom and toilet had no ventilation, so a really bad smell and steam got into the room. Cleaning wasn’t done daily either. They just folded the dirty towels and sheets and put them back. Service was awful, and breakfast was repetitive and very low quality. Our room key was broken. They said they’d move us the next day, but when we got back tired from the trip, we had to wait an hour in the lobby before they could open the room. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We got a good breakfast, and the location was convenient near the city centre. The room itself was good, but it wasn’t clean. Staff weren’t very friendly, especially the receptionist, and the hotel generally felt disorganized. There were a lot of mistakes: we were three people but only got towels for two, and on many occasions there was no toilet paper or bath soap.

The room service didn’t clean my room at all during a two-night stay, and the bathroom door was broken. The rooms were tiny, dirty, and smelly. The free breakfast was served on a rundown, filthy rooftop, with greasy dishes, flies everywhere, and poor-quality food. There was no real lobby, just a small front desk and a couple of chairs. The photos aren’t fake, but they’ve been heavily enhanced by a photographer or in photoshop. After going to Taksim square, I also realized the location wasn’t worth visiting, in a very busy, low-level tourist area. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Our group of 14 had seven rooms, and not one was clean. The rooms were disgusting: an unflushed toilet, dead flies across the floor, badly stained sheets, no blankets, broken TV and AC, and very little space. After seeing them, all 14 of us went down to ask the front desk manager, Sharin, for a refund. He’d been extremely rude while checking us in. He said we should consider staying and promised several suite level rooms at no extra charge the next day. We gave it a chance, but the following day Sharin started making up new stories and excuses for why we couldn’t move into the suites. By then it was too late to change hotels, so we were stuck in the dirty rooms and felt scammed into staying. Each day, other guests complained and yelled at the staff about the same problems. The service was terrible; when we called for simple things like salt, staff got angry and said they weren’t there to provide us service. Avoid this “hotel”. They’re scammers, and the rooms look nothing like the photos.
