The owners were very friendly, and even let us check in early. The person who welcomed us spoke only Turkish, but Google Translate made it easy to communicate. Inside, the apartment is nicely furnished and equipped, with a bay window looking out over the Sea of Marmara. Getting there can be hard for anyone with mobility issues, since the house is in a hilly area. Bayacid tram stop is roughly 500 meters uphill.

Having two separate rooms worked really well, with the kitchen apart from the bedroom, and the apartment itself was nice. The owner was easy to reach and explained everything. Grandma Gul was close by too, though she speaks only limited English. The location is convenient according to the reviews, but the steep slopes make the trip there and back difficult, and taxi drivers often struggle to find the place.
