The lobby staff member was asleep in the morning, and we had to wake him ourselves just to check out. There was no professionalism. We also had belongings go missing while the room was being cleaned, and the hotel refused to take responsibility or compensate us. They only told us to be careful with our things, which is unacceptable. The water pressure was extremely weak, the bathroom fan was broken, and room service wasn't reliable. The hotel did nothing to resolve the issue. I don't recommend this place at all. Be very careful with your belongings.

I'm from India, and they prepared a special meal for me with only vegetables and fruit. The food was delicious. The welcome felt generous and human, with good English and Turkish hospitality.

The staff were hospitable, but the heating was very weak and the windows weren't insulated. If the hotel wasn't occupied, the rooms would get cold quickly.
