We spent three nights at Ruz and had a great time. The rooms were spotless and the interior looked stunning. At check-in, the friendly front desk guy sat with us and went over the city, including places to visit and tourist traps to avoid. Everyone wanted to make our stay a good one, and they arranged our ride back to the airport without any trouble. We also went up to the rooftop bar one night. The view was among the best we saw in Istanbul, and the drinks were delicious. I'd recommend it.

The staff made this stay for me. They were caring, attentive, and friendly from the welcome through the day I left, and the service felt better than what I've had at hotels costing three times as much. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed. I also loved the pool oasis and the boutique-style rooms. I only wish I'd had time to try the Michelin restaurant on site. Can't wait to stay again. Thank you, Ruz!

We came in winter, so didn't really get to enjoy the rooftop, but the view is amazing and it's still worth going up. The neighborhood is lovely and feels less touristy than the other side of the bridge. From the nearby metro station, getting here from IST airport is easy; the tram to the old city is about a 5-10 minute walk away. Our room was beautiful and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the service was great. We had a lovely three-night stay.

The hills are the only reason I'd mark down the location, but I'd absolutely recommend this place. The rooftop terrace has a good view, the shower was great, and the room was stylish and clean. It was well equipped too, with bedside charging ports and complimentary minibar items. The bed was comfortable, the TV and air conditioning were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Those little details made a really good impression. Cool vibes and a very nice stay.

We've visited Istanbul before and stayed in the Old Town, but next time I'll only stay at Ruz. The location is unbeatable, and the whole visit was perfect. Our room was gorgeous, bright, spotless, and incredibly spacious. The staff made it even more special, warm and welcoming all around. Ugur was especially incredible, charismatic, and friendly, with great food recommendations. We were there from Friday to Sunday, and even the good reviews hadn't prepared us for how amazing the hotel was. Thank you!
