If you care about your health, don't stay here. I spotted a tick crawling on my shoulder just as I was falling asleep, then saw two more on the wall by the bed. We were in Afyon on March 8, 2020, riding south on our motorcycles. I told the front desk we were leaving, and he called his boss, who said he'd come. It was 1:00 a.m.; we waited a long time, but nobody showed up. We loaded everything onto the bikes, found another clean hotel, and left without getting our money back. The place was filthy and barely felt like a hotel. There's a tick in the photos. Don't even walk past it. I don't trust the five-star reviews, which seem like they may be meant to bury my friend's one-star review, or written by acquaintances. May the owner be damned.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews. This place is so dirty you could get sick. The sheets, bed, pillows and pillowcases were awful. I'd rather sleep outside than go through that again, and wouldn't go near the entrance even if they paid me. If you're thinking of staying, look at the room first. You'll probably run out as soon as you see it. I condemn the business for putting us through this.

The street stays noisy late into the night, with cars playing loud music and children crying outside, so sleep can be disturbed. Inside, the carpets were filthy enough that we couldn't walk barefoot, and there were stains on the mattresses and pillows. The pillows and mattresses also smelled awful. We really regret staying here. It definitely wasn't clean.

The room was awful, and the hygiene wasn't good either. It felt like a hostel. There was just one power socket, so charging a second phone wasn't possible, and no kettle for tea or coffee.
