We especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner by the sea, listening to the waves with carefully chosen music. The buffet meals had enough variety, including appetizers, and everything tasted excellent and seemed thoughtfully prepared. Meal times were reasonable. If you order beyond the buffet, the prices are in line with or sometimes lower than other restaurants, and the food is very good. The clear, shallow sea was enjoyable for both adults and children, with no stones or other objects to hurt your feet. The grounds had just been renovated, including the landscaping, and our spacious, airy room was clean and felt brand new. Even with young children, we heard no noise from other rooms; the sound insulation was excellent. Internet, mini-bar, tea, and water are standard. Bring your own beach towel, since the facility doesn't provide them for hygiene reasons. The facility was nearly full, but there was no struggle for sunbeds or dining tables, and no need to reserve places with towels. Staff kept an eye out for guests' needs without bothering us. The parking lot had a guard at all times and was monitored by security cameras. We were also glad to meet the other guests who had chosen this resort. Communication, payment, and finding the facility were all easy. From our first contact until we left, the team made us feel like guests rather than customers. The dining setup is where the difference really shows. Polaris has a small, open-air eating area, so flies and other insects can be an issue, and even with air conditioning the menu is limited. The food and salad and appetizer choices are less varied there. Our first breakfast wasn't buffet style, and we had to eat the meal the hotel selected for us. Breakfast on day two was a buffet and much better. If a wide food selection and live music in the evenings matter to you, Kupala is the stronger option. Polaris doesn't have live music at night or music on the beach during the day, probably to keep things quiet. My mother and I stayed two nights. I know the area and have stayed at neighboring Kupalada in the summers of 2024 and 2025. Polaris's rooms are newer and much better, with the little details well thought out. The sea is the same since both hotels are on the same beach, but Polaris's section is much less crowded, which should suit people who want peace. Each sunbed has a cushion, and drinks are much more affordable. Tea and 500ml bottled water are free all day. For comfort and beach quality, Polaris is far ahead. These are my own observations, shared in the hope they're useful to future visitors. Thanks to the Polaris family for everything. We left very satisfied.

Polaris Hayat Hotel made for a calm, relaxing weekend, and we were very happy with our stay. The sea was pristine, the rooms spotlessly clean, and the menu had a home-cooked feel. The staff were friendly too. I'd happily recommend it.

A peaceful place where my family could settle in comfortably, eat well, and feel at home. It really felt like a second home, and we'd be glad to return for another holiday, hopefully with a bigger group. My heartfelt thanks to hotel manager Ms. Melike, Mr. Utku, and the chefs.

We got to stay for two days at the beginning of September, and everything was lovely. The cleanliness, comfort, and service were excellent, and the sandy beach and sea were wonderful. We left very pleased and will come back at the first chance. Melike hanım and bayan Ema were attentive, kind, and cheerful. Thank you to them, we left on a happy note.
