Nova Vista Deluxe & Suites Eskisehir, a member of Radisson Individuals

The photos don't do this place justice. I chose it for the location and pictures when I came on vacation with my fiance, and the rooms turned out spacious and clean. The room service was nice, the staff were very nice, and there's its own parking space too, which is a nice plus. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay around Eskişehir.

I stay here a lot on work trips, and it's my best option in Eskisehir. The rooms are comfortable, and breakfast is generous with plenty of choice. There are grocery shops nearby too, and the pub does excellent quick food and drinks. Worth knowing about!

The hotel is just off a main street and has private parking. My room was clean, organized, and roomy, with very comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for the bathroom, sleeping area, and dinette, plus a stove, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The restaurant was a pleasant experience, with good food and very good staff. The staff spoke English and were pleasant. Ayca at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and enjoyed practicing her English, which was pretty good. I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this upscale hotel. If I'm in the area again, I'd definitely return. Thanks, Rick. March 17th, 2025

The room looked nice and had a nice design, and the staff were OK, but we ran into several issues during our two nights at Nova Vista. The electricity kept cutting out, so the room would suddenly go dark and my phone wouldn't charge. It was extremely annoying. There weren't enough beds for four people, so I had to sleep on the sofa bed. Its mattress was stiff and hard, and I couldn't sleep. Even the proper beds weren't as comfortable as a normal one. Breakfast was limited too, with only tea and milk to drink, no water or juice. We kept having to order, but the waiters didn't understand us because we don't speak Turkish. We ordered eggs with sausages and got plain scrambled eggs instead. It was OK, but they need to make improvements, like an omelet station and more drinks set out. I might not come back.
