Dinner was the best part of our stay, and the pools were varied and clean. The Squirrel Club is a nice feature for families, but closing it at lunch and dinner is very inconvenient. Better staff rotation and planning could keep it open continuously. The hotel is expensive for the service provided. Breakfast was ordinary and below what I’d expect at this price, and the parking staff were arguing with each other when we arrived, making a poor first impression. Nearly everything else costs extra: drinks, including water and tea, are charged separately. A few water bottles are supplied in the room, but room service said an extra one would cost money. After paying 30,000 Turkish Liras for two nights, being charged for basics like tea and water felt unacceptable. Food and drink orders also took 15-20 minutes to arrive, far too long for this kind of hotel. Despite a few positives, the value for money was poor. I wouldn’t return, and I’d choose an all-inclusive hotel in Antalya for a future holiday.

I really appreciated that there are pools and other areas just for women, since as a Muslim I don’t want my wife swimming among men. The hotel also planned pool activities for children and adults, and the pool itself was great. I congratulate the hotel and its management. To Muslim Arabs reading this, the hotel serves you. I liked it very much.

We spent three days at NG Afyon with our family, arriving on April 13, 2025. We’d already enjoyed NG Hotels in Sapanca and were keen to try this one after hearing about the spa and natural hot springs. It was a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be back. There’s plenty for families, including an aqua park the kids will love, a gym, and a game room. We also enjoyed live music in the lounge after dinner, a nice way to relax with a glass of wine. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with lots of high-quality dishes, desserts, and pastries. A brunch service around 3:30 PM was a pleasant surprise, and food and service were excellent throughout the hotel. The spa lived up to its reputation, with a sauna, steam room, therapy rooms, Turkish bath, hot spring pool, and massage salon. Everything was clean, relaxing, and professionally run. Our rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The complimentary minibar was restocked every day, a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend NG Afyon for a quiet, relaxing, luxurious getaway, as a couple or with the whole family.

NG Güral Afyon has wonderful food, great service, thermal water, pools, and water slides. Whether you’re passing through and stop for a break or planned a stay to enjoy the place, you may not want to leave. A wonderful thermal resort in Afyon. Well done.

The guest rooms are good, and there are amazing swimming pools with lots of swings. It’s an excellent hotel in the NG hotels & resorts chain. Breakfast is delicious, tea time is nice, and the dinner buffet is tasty.
