No lobby, and the place is simple and clean. I stayed one night in this small city near the Iranian border.

The hotel was still new and in great shape, and for the price it felt worth it despite missing some services. I was surprised to find such a good place in a tiny city like this. One tip: the staff don’t know English, but they do their best to communicate. Use Google Translate and there’s nothing to worry about.

Ali was especially polite and disciplined. The staff were kind, respectful, and very helpful. The place itself is clean, quiet, comfortable, and well located. A great stay.

The rooms were warm, tidy, and very clean, and we were happy with the service during our two-day stay. My family and I came to Ağrı for a job assignment in very cold weather, and needed somewhere to stay until we found a place to live. We chose Büyük Ağrı Hotel because it’s right in the city center and easy to get around from. It could be a top choice for people visiting from out of town.
