We felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay at Parma Hotel Taksim, and everything was perfect. Zobida did a wonderful job taking care of our room cleaning. She was kind and friendly, made us feel at home, and was so sweet with my baby girl, always playing with her. That meant a lot to us. I'd gladly give the hotel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service.

The spa was lovely, the massage sensational, and the hamam is definitely something everyone should experience in Istanbul. Hamza at the desk and Muhammad gave absolutely great service. When we were heading to the airport, they offered to open the breakfast kitchen a little earlier and also offered us Turkish tea. 10/10 service.

I truly loved the experience at Parma. The location is amazing, close to everything, and felt very safe for a friends' vacation. The staff were super helpful, especially ahmet, mehmet, Muhammed, hamza, Mustafa, and the lobby staff as well. I'll do this again, thank you Parma.

We were very happy with the service and hope to see you again soon. A special thanks to Zubiyda from the cleaning staff. She's truly amazing, and her kind words each early morning gave us positive energy and brightened our days. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

The best part was Aynur from housekeeping. She was quick, really nice, helped with everything we needed, and did a very thorough job cleaning. The hotel's breakfast, reputation, cleanliness, and comfort were all great too. I strongly recommend it for everything it offers, and hope to stay again.
