Land Park Hotel

Serpil kept everything clean and welcoming, and Ahmet, the hotel host, was so kind and attentive, always ready to help. From the cleaning staff to the rest of the hotel employees, everyone treated us with kindness and respect throughout our stay. They were especially thoughtful and supportive while I recovered from surgery, making sure my mother and I were comfortable and cared for. Their help made a huge difference. I absolutely loved staying here. It deserves 5 stars instead of 4, and if I come back, this will always be where I stay. Highly recommended!

They put a baby cot in our room, which we really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and kind to our little family, and the breakfast had an excellent selection. We had a very pleasant stay.

Ahmed at reception deserves special thanks. Whatever we needed or whatever came up, he found a solution with a positive, professional attitude. His dedication and help made the stay comfortable and stress-free. The entire staff were kind, honest, and happy to help, creating a warm atmosphere that felt like home. From check-in to check-out, our experience was flawless. Ahmed is a real asset to the team, and we sincerely appreciate his assistance. Thank you to him and everyone there. We look forward to returning. 🩷🩷🩷🩷 thank you!

Secure parking was a real plus, with staff parking the car at the back. The people were helpful, the hotel itself was beautiful, and the outdoor breakfast space was nice. The rooms are quite old, though, and poor window seals let outside air straight in, which wasn't good in winter. The old air conditioner also didn't regulate temperature adequately. We managed fine after switching rooms once. The hotel should invest in sealing the gaps in every room, including around the carpets. Overall, the hotel's condition was great.
