I’m a control engineer, so fire safety matters to me whenever I stay somewhere. Here, the fire cabinets had no water and the drums inside were seriously defective. Debris was blocking the emergency exit area. If the warning systems were faulty too, a fire could lead to very bad consequences. For cleanliness, there were dirty towels in my room. When I told the receptionist, he said I could get towels from another room. :) The cabinet top had about half an inch of dust, the toilet was filthy, and there was hair in the shower drain. You have to open the trash can by hand, and I was even unsure about the bed I was going to sleep in. There were no closets, kettle, or glasses for hot drinks in the rooms. I was here for business and asked my company to change my room, but that was canceled the next day. The receptionist was accusatory. Maybe it was just his tone, I don’t know, but service and manners matter in a place that’s meant to provide a service. I’ll give credit to the gentleman I met at check-in for being kind, but apart from him, I’d never recommend this hotel.

I checked in at 1:00 AM, then at 10:00 AM they said I had to leave and forced me out. In the middle of winter, they turned off the hot water. I asked them to turn it on, they said, "Okay," then switched it off again right away. For God's sake, Muhammad! I swear I'm writing down everything that happened. Don't do it, you'll waste your money. You'd be better off sleeping in a park. If you care about yourself, go somewhere else.

I was heading to Ağrı and needed somewhere to stay, so I picked this place. I didn’t regret it, and the rooms were very cool.

For a place like Ağrı, finding a hotel this affordable is hard, in my opinion. The staff were friendly, and the buffet was adequate. I’d recommend it to everyone ☺️

I checked in at 12 AM and was told to check out at 9:30 AM. They asked me for 1000 TL, unbelievable! Believe me, I’ve written everything I know. 🤦 It was dirty, noisy, and freezing cold. I practically wore my tongue out asking them to turn on the hot water. Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely don’t go there! 😡 I don’t recommend it at all, I regret staying.
