Sky Tower Deluxe Hotel

I’m giving it four stars because the Wi-Fi is sometimes very slow and sometimes doesn’t work at all. Otherwise, things are pretty good now. At first, the window door was really hard to open and close, and the air conditioner wouldn’t cool even at 18°C, so I initially gave the hotel one star. I told the staff, and they moved me to another room. The air conditioner works there and the window door is fine. The place is good now, with Wi-Fi as the only remaining problem.

The hotel is terrible, from the pools to the food.

Everything was perfect, just amazing 👌

The rooms are nice, I’ll give them that, but the minibar had only three glasses of water and nothing else. There was no information about the hotel or its layout, so I had to keep calling reception. They only answered questions when they knew the answer. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and got it, then was told the network couldn't be accessed 😂 Getting to the room was a headache from the start. There was a long queue for the elevator, and when it was finally my turn, the control unit failed and it was out of service. The pools weren't open on the second day of the holiday, though I was told the indoor ones were operating. I expected the food menu to be limited, and it was, so don't expect anything special. I stayed at another five-star hotel last year for about the same price, and this place was completely different. I came after reading the reviews, thinking people might be exaggerating, but they were right. From the first minute, people were saying they hadn't even settled into their rooms yet. Have a good holiday, everyone.
