The owner was welcoming, and the location is nice.

The kitchen in the accommodation made our stay so much easier, since we could cook whenever we needed to, and it really felt like being at home. We also loved the pool, which was clean and well kept, along with the shared spaces. Our room was spotless, with care for hygiene in every detail. We spent five nights here in a quiet spot surrounded by nature, waking to birdsong and enjoying a break from the city. The peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Most of all, the hospitality stood out. Ms. Burcu and Mr. Sinan were friendly, thoughtful, and helpful, and made us feel like guests in their home. We left with lovely memories and would gladly return. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a clean, peaceful, enjoyable holiday in nature.

The villas have everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay, including a TV, internet, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and all sorts of utensils. They’re spacious, airy, and each one feels special. We’ve been coming for three years and have stayed in three different villas. For us, a holiday means Ottoman mansions, and this place feels like a hidden paradise in the forest, full of birdsong and trees. The best part is Mr. Sinan and his very valuable wife, Mrs. Oya. They’re so hospitable, respect nature, and work tirelessly to make their guests comfortable. Even a little garlic grater is included! If you want a relaxing break with your loved ones in the comfort of a home, you can come without hesitation.

I think people considering a visit need a useful review, because I saw the 4.5 rating here, trusted the comments, and made plans right away. I saw three villas. Apart from the first, the others are down in a dip, so getting luggage in and out is a real struggle. The access road is awful and very narrow, and two cars can’t pass if one comes the other way. The sign is tiny and almost impossible to spot, so you have to search for it. The house doesn’t get much sun and smelled damp, and perhaps it hadn’t been aired out. Some windows had makeshift mosquito screens. The bathroom tap was hard to turn on and even harder to shut off. A curtain separates the shower, but water gets everywhere. All the doors make noise, and the old closed doors bang in the wind. There’s no washing machine, which is hard if you’re staying a long time. They say the market is nearby, but the road makes it feel quite far. Picture a squatter house with a pool. Those are the downsides I noticed. On the plus side, there were enough clean towels and sheets, the kitchen had dishes and cutlery, and the pool was big enough for 4-5 adults. We’re used to animals and insects, including bees and snakes, so they didn’t bother us. If those are an issue for you, keep in mind that wooded areas can be difficult. Update after our return: I got a urinary tract infection. That’s strange, since we’ve used lots of public pools and never had a problem. Who checks this pool? It seems there’s more to pool treatment than just adding chlorine. I imagine it like dirty aquarium water, looking clean but full of bacteria. I’m now very afraid of private pools and won’t use them anymore.

This has become my next holiday destination. The villas sit in a completely secluded spot in nature, and the atmosphere left my wife and me feeling refreshed and relaxed after years of travelling to countless places. It feels like paradise, and such a magnificent place is clearly managed with care. You can walk in the forest in the morning, then have breakfast surrounded by lush greenery. Each villa can have its own private pool, or you can explore the bays, and Ms. Burcu was a big help with that. It’s just right for a restful break. First, thanks to Mr. Sinan for creating this place, and to his friendly staff. We especially appreciated Ms. Burcu’s warm hospitality.
