The rooms and facilities weren't top-tier, but they were clean and functional, and the hotel was budget-friendly. What made the stay memorable was the warmth and sincerity of the staff and owner. The staff worked tirelessly and showed real care and attention in every interaction, doing their best despite limitations. The owner was hands-on, passionate about hospitality, and kept looking for ways to improve despite resource constraints. It wasn't flawless, but I'd gladly return, knowing they keep striving to make guests feel valued.

We've stayed here two years in a row, last year and the year before, and the service was very good both times. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with moderate prices, and there's space to cook simple meals. Shopping malls nearby make it convenient and popular. Breakfast is provided, and Turkish hot tea is available in the lobby every day. It feels very warm. I recommend it to friends and family visiting Turkey. ☕️🌹🌹🌹🙏🙏🙏

We stayed for a month during a long vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us directions and good suggestions for places to visit. Breakfast was included, a modest but good spread of vegetables and bread. There was Turkish tea with breakfast, but no coffee option. The room was fine and the bed cosy. The main drawback was the cigarette smell in the room. It took some effort to get rid of it. Otherwise, we had a good experience at Palvan Hotel.

For a budget stay within reasonable distance of the old city, it was worth the price. The room was clean and nicely presented, and the staff were friendly. There's no intercom to call for service, but whenever we mentioned what we needed to the friendly receptionist while coming or going, it got sorted fairly quickly. Reviews here are mixed, but that was our experience.

There's free Turkish black tea every day, and Turkish restaurants nearby. Getting a taxi to go out and come back is very convenient. I like this hotel a lot. Its location is very good. Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
