Mediterra Art Hotel

We spent three lovely days at Mediterra Art Hotel. The whole team was welcoming and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent from start to finish. Tarik Ahmed deserves a special mention for attentive service, especially around the food. Thanks to everyone for making the stay memorable.

Katerina and Muhammed at reception were always smiling and ready to help. When the lock on my first room’s door didn’t work, they acted straight away and arranged another room for me. It was clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the restaurant food too. The hotel itself is beautiful and sits right in the heart of Antalya’s old town. I’m grateful for the team’s warm care, which made the stay a real pleasure.

The location in the heart of the Old town was a real plus, and the basic room was clean, cosy, and fresh. We got fresh towels every day. The Turkish breakfast was excellent, with tea and Nescafe included. Cappuccino and similar drinks cost extra. All the staff were lovely. I was ill at the start of our 10-day holiday and accidentally broke the toilet seat. I told reception, and they replaced it right away without any fuss. One thing to know if you want quiet evenings: there’s live music every night, and it can be loud until 11pm or midnight. We ate out, though the hotel is clearly popular for dinner. It was fun to see people singing along and celebrating birthdays.

I came with my best friend and had such a good time at this lovely family-run hotel. It’s a great fit if you want to experience Turkish culture and the city’s nightlife. Katherine, Muhammed, and the person I nicknamed “amca Sarif” treated me so well. I also really liked Tahir and the young man with glasses. They were professional, understanding, and welcoming. I wanted to get a real feel for the culture, so I learned Turkish from them. The service and hospitality made the whole experience for me, and I’ll definitely come back.
