At the beginning, the hotel and staff seemed nice, but the experience got worse the longer we stayed. We were the only Black guests, and it felt clear that we weren’t treated equally. The manager was openly rude and dismissive, showing us no respect. My husband was treated unfairly and disrespected several times. One manager raised his voice at him and told us never to come back, which no guest should have to experience. The laundry bill was an outrageous 8,000TL. Nobody explained the price or agreed on a cost beforehand. We’d only asked for laundry, not “dry cleaning,” and weren’t given any details or numbers until the bill arrived. The clothes weren’t even fully dry or clean. 😬 One manager said he’d pay the bill because the issue had been weighing heavily on him too, but ten minutes later he knocked on our door, changed his mind and was extremely disrespectful to my husband. We left feeling singled out, disrespected and unappreciated. If you’re a person of color considering the hotel, think carefully, as you may not be treated fairly. We won’t be back.

They also charged us an outrageous €168 just to wash our clothes. If you’re a person of color thinking about booking here, think twice, since you may not be treated fairly.

The Turkish breakfast was served every morning throughout our stay. The rooms were very clean and warm, and the lady at reception was kind and welcoming. By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Antalya. I highly recommend it to anyone travelling there.

We enjoyed staying here. It’s a fairly new, comfortable and welcoming hotel, with friendly and helpful staff and good internet. The sea is a relaxed 10-minute walk away.
