Golden Lux Hotel Antalya

We spent four nights here and would happily return. The room felt luxurious for the price, and the area was quiet with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Getting here from the airport was easy, and the staff were friendly and answered my questions helpfully.

Meral at reception made my stay at Golden Lux Hotel much easier. She speaks English fluently and explained things clearly, whether I needed directions, local information, or help with a small personal request. She was patient, polite, confident, and always ready to assist. Her professional, friendly manner made me feel understood while I was in another country, and really stood out as genuine hospitality. The hotel is clean and new, in a handy area close to many places but quiet at night. My room was comfortable, well prepared, and everything worked as it should. Thanks, Meral, for being so kind and helpful. I'd definitely come back to Golden Lux Hotel.🌸

The location worked really well for us, especially for the tram and getting to Kaleiçi Marina. There's an elevator nearby, so it's not a long walk. The staff were kind and friendly throughout, and they helped us sort out a room problem late at night. I had asked for two rooms on the same floor but hadn't checked the second room when we first got them. Later that night we discovered its heater wasn't working. The staff moved me to another room, which put me on a different floor from my child. The next day they offered me a room on my child's floor instead. I hadn't read reviews until after booking, when free cancellation was still available. Some negative ones nearly made me cancel just two hours before the deadline, but I'm glad I kept the reservation. I wasn't disappointed.

Meral was a big reason our stay at MŞE Golden Lux Hotel felt like home. She welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and stayed attentive and quick to help whenever we needed something. Her positive attitude and clear communication made a real difference. She brings kindness and professionalism together so naturally, and the hotel is lucky to have her. If we return, she'll be one of the main reasons.
