Don't skip breakfast, that's my little tip. We had a very nice stay at this residence and I'd highly recommend it.

The roof leaks regularly, and people I've seen use the terrace leave their apartments again within a month. In the middle of winter, they're rushing to build another apartment in a building that's already leaky and smells bad. They also split electricity, gas, and water costs among residents, and each month they make you pay two or three times what you actually use. Lately, I heard they evade taxes and pass those taxes on to tenants, adding a tax share to the rent because they call this a hotel rather than a home. For that same price, you'd be a thousand times better off in a hotel. There's no sound insulation, and the bathroom constantly smells of food and onions. Young people sit around chatting until 3 am, so you hear them from your bed. There's no family atmosphere. Security is lacking too, with two cameras that seem to be there just for show and an elevator that's constantly broken, yet they charge a fortune for it. The furnished apartments in Aksaray cost twice the rent, plus another month's rent. Almost all the furniture is broken or damaged. When the contract ends, they bring it back and keep your money. I haven't seen anyone leave without a fight, and the owner makes threats when you want to go. Don't believe all the positive reviews, they're paid advertisements. Never sign a contract. They only care about taking people's money. Once you live there, you'll see that the good reviews were bought. If you've read all this and still think all those good reviews mean you should stay, go ahead, waste your money and let yourself be humiliated. May God punish these greedy people.
My brother has lived in Ulusaray for 3-4 years and has no plans to move. When I visit, the staff always welcome me warmly and are helpful. The residence is spotless, with new, clean furnishings, and the location is central, so it's easy to get around. The rent is quite reasonable, despite what some people say. They rent to trustworthy, reputable people, so you can live there with peace of mind.
