I booked a room with two single beds, then decided to bring a friend. The woman at reception was rude, but I let that go. She charged me ₺1000, about €30, and asked how long my friend would stay. I said maybe one night, maybe three, since I wasn't sure, and paid. The following day she stopped us as we came in and said my friend couldn't go upstairs without paying another €30 for every night. She hadn't told me that earlier. When I challenged her, she shouted, clapped her fingers in my face, and pointed and screamed. It felt very disrespectful. The hotel itself was poor too. The food tasted only of burnt oil and salt, and the room was old and clearly hadn't been renovated.

The included breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted good, and the staff were helpful and cheerful. I stayed one night in a midrange room that was clean, well kept, and comfortable, at an affordable price. The hotel is right in the CBD, and I was impressed by the stay. Having stayed at plenty of hotels in Turkey, I'd say this one deserves more than three stars. Teşşekürler!

The hotel was clean, with a decent breakfast, and some rooms are quite large. My main issue was the middle school right next door. It gets pretty noisy during the day, so keep that in mind if you'll be spending time inside.

Everything about the hotel was great, and I'd have given it five stars if not for the taxi they arranged. The driver, Dogan, took me on a longer route, and the hotel employees know him. I don't know why they work with him. It's the feeling of being deceived that bothers me, not the money.

I came back twice within two weeks. The hotel is in a good spot, the rooms are clean and a fair size, and breakfast was good. The price was reasonable too.
