What really stayed with us was Mr. Hamit's thoughtful attention. He asked what tea we wanted and even what detergent we'd need for laundry, and his warm, family-like help made us feel cared for. He gave us directions for places we wanted to visit and helped with local arrangements. When his apartment was full, he even found us another place to stay, and he was still there whenever we called afterward. From our first phone call through our stay, he was extremely attentive and helpful. The apartment has home comforts you don't find everywhere: a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, iron, and even an oven. There was fruit in his garden, too. It's so lovely, you have to see it. Thanks again and again.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a very good location. Two families stayed comfortably, and it had everything you'd need in a home. Mr. Hamit also offered fresh fruit from his garden, helped with anything we needed, and gave us tips and directions for sightseeing. His attentiveness started on the phone and continued throughout our stay, just as warm in person as it was in our conversations. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Selimiye. What a shame. I booked through the hotels in March for July, and they cancelled my reservation, then made it sound as if I'd asked them to. People make plans months ahead. Is this how you treat your customers?
