Adalya Elite Lara Hotel - All Inclusive

The meals were a real highlight: lots of tasty choices, and the themed dinners were fun. Service in the restaurants and lobby bars was friendly, quick, and attentive, and the hotel’s digital setup made parts of the stay more convenient. Rooms were spacious and generally in good condition, while the grounds around the many pools were tidy and regularly cleaned. There were some frustrating gaps. The outdoor pools weren’t heated, so their temperature depended on the weather, and even the indoor pool felt cold. The wave pool ran during just two set periods, so it got crowded then; the aquapark also closed for breaks, and the beach volleyball court needed better upkeep. Pool supervision seemed thin, with some pools apparently without a lifeguard for much of the day. People were able to disregard rules, including the ban on jumping in. Cleanliness needs more attention too. We saw stained sheets and towels, dirty windows, and balconies that weren’t cleaned regularly. We had to switch rooms because the first had no balcony, and its wardrobe was dusty. Several times, drinks came in dirty poolside cups, and nobody even apologized. Late in the evening there sometimes wasn’t enough hot water for a shower. The entertainment team mostly announced activities without approaching guests or making much effort to draw them in. We’ve seen animators at other hotels create a warmer atmosphere by talking with people and inviting them personally. Communication could also be hard because many staff spoke little or no English. Still, we had a pleasant stay, and I think the hotel has plenty of potential. I hope this feedback helps with future improvements.

Those eight days at Adalya Elite in Antalya went by far too fast. We’d happily have stayed a whole month, and we’d love to return. We booked through TUI and were very happy with the trip. Ms. Duygu, their assistant, was patient, kind, and helpful the whole time. The hotel also made my birthday feel special with a lovely surprise celebration. The energetic entertainment was great, and Sunny Boy brought such a fun, upbeat feel to the pool activities every day. The amphitheater shows were polished and felt truly 5-star. The food was delicious, fresh, and offered so much variety. Everything made for an amazing trip from start to finish.

We’ve tried a lot of resorts in Antalya, and this was one of the best for the price. The kids’ club was brilliant for my 2-year-old, and the food was good quality. It turned out to be an outstanding family holiday and better than I expected. Thanks to Adalya, and especially to Aisha in guest relations, who handled what we needed so professionally.

The nightly parties and entertainment kept going even though the weather wasn’t great, and they were fantastic. Our room was large, lovely, and very clean, and there was a huge choice of delicious, high-quality food. Every employee we met, from reception onward, was skilled, welcoming, and respectful. The hotel and its facilities were beautiful, and the staff were very professional. We spent five nights at Adalya Elite Lara Antalya and are leaving with wonderful memories. It felt like a flawless choice, and we’ve already planned to come back next vacation. Many thanks to the staff and management.
