The food looked great, tasted delicious, and was very clean. The hotel itself is nice, and reception made us feel welcome. Mr Reda was especially kind and gave me all the information I needed. I really recommend this hotel.

Özge did a particularly thorough job cleaning our room, and we really appreciated her service. The hotel is really good. 😊

The Panorama bar team gave great service. Halide, Cagla, Ismail, Akmaral, Ozkan, Deniz, and Ozkan bey were especially friendly and professional. The hotel was very good, thank you all.

We chose a suite in the riverside section while our family stayed in the main hotel. The location worked really well, just a short walk to the main building, and it was much quieter for us as grandparents. The suite backed onto the river with lovely views, and the room was generally good. The weak points were the pool bar and housekeeping. The drinks were very weak and the staff didn’t seem happy. Maid service was unreliable and shoddy, and when it happened, it could be after 4 in the afternoon. A couple of times our room was left untouched. Once, after we said we’d run out of shower gel, someone simply dropped a handful of it in the lounge area. It’s a nice enough place, but don’t expect 5-star service.
