The receptionist and cleaner were both pleasant and very helpful, and I liked the hotel's location. The bathroom, though, was so mouldy that I felt uncomfortable using it and would only go in with the lights off. A little bleach every day should take care of it, so I don't understand why it's been allowed to get worse. Management really needs to pay attention to bathroom cleanliness.

It was my first time in Istanbul, and I felt a bit nervous at first, but the front desk team made me feel welcome and at ease. They checked in on me and gave me good restaurant tips. The hotel is close to transit and the main attractions, so getting around was easy. My room was great, the service was excellent, and it felt like good value for the money. I had a really amazing stay and would highly recommend it.

Mr. Kaus was genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay, and he communicated clearly. His friends also helped us out, which came in handy since the property has no lift. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and Sultanahmet Square is only a short walk away. We had a wonderful time and I'd gladly stay here again when I'm back in Istanbul. Highly recommended.
