Delphin Diva Premiere Hotel - All Inclusive

We arrived at 3:00 AM with our 18-month-old after our flight was changed. Our travel agency had said we'd have a room for early check-in, but the hotel wouldn't accommodate us before the official 2:00 PM check-in. We asked them to help us find somewhere nearby for the night, but they wouldn't recommend a hotel and only offered to call a taxi so we could go from one place to another ourselves. It was horrible. I've never felt so badly treated, especially with a small child already exhausted from the journey. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. The food was also a major disappointment. It was poor quality, repetitive, and tasted like cheap canteen food. It seemed obvious to me that the hotel was cutting corners to maximize profit. The fish display looked awful, clearly old and unappetizing when we wanted to get some for our child. There weren't proper options for children, just fried foods and pizza. It was an unpleasant stay, particularly for families with young children. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and definitely won't return.

We had an amazing time and would happily come back. The service was immaculate, with polite staff who smiled and were always ready to help. The food was delicious, if a little repetitive, but there was so much variety that it wasn't really a problem. The hotel and rooms stayed very clean. The kids' club had plenty of staff, sometimes more staff than children, but my 6-year-old found it boring. He also said the person helping him didn't speak English, so he didn't want to go back. Daytime entertainment was good, though there was no evening entertainment. The rooms are a bit dated, although we were told renovations are planned this year. The shampoo and conditioner weren't good quality, but luckily we'd brought our own. One of the best hotels in Antalya!

We went as two families, five adults and three children altogether, and it was one of our best trips. The resort was spotless, our room was very clean, and the food was both delicious and varied. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The service deserves more than 10/10, unmatched anywhere else. The only downside we noticed was that the resort is somewhat old. They told us it would be completely renovated in October. We'll definitely choose one of the Delfin resorts next time, possibly this one again. We only got back from Antalya today. Thank you!

Avoid this place. It's massively overpriced and tries too hard to come across as luxury and prestige. The hotel felt disorganized and crowded, with too little space for guests, not enough lifts, and a cramped canteen. Amenities like spa massages, photos, and the arcade were expensive. Dinner hall staff were rude and amateur, with no sense of hospitality. They looked as if they were being forced to work. Our cleaner didn't restock the room as expected and left out towels and cleaning products, even after we told them several times. Such an amateur operation, what a shame.
