Fraser Place Anthill Istanbul

The rooms were spacious, clean, and set up well for families, with a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, and oven. Breakfast was decent and had a good range of choices. The hotel is conveniently placed between Taksim and Galata, near restaurants, cafés, a Carrefour supermarket, a pharmacy, and a taxi station. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s comfortable and practical, with very good value for money for a family visit to Istanbul. We had a pleasant, quiet stay. Thanks to the team for their hospitality, especially Mr. Kadir, who was exceptionally kind and helpful and arranged early check-in when we arrived. We’d gladly return and recommend it.

Most staff spoke English fluently, so communication was comfortable, and their warm, supportive manner helped create a welcoming atmosphere. The cleaning team, reception staff, and other employees were professional, helpful, and responsible, always going out of their way to assist. I highly recommend the residence for short or long stays. Everyone at reception who I dealt with spoke English fluently, was cooperative, smiling, and well-mannered. The rest of the hotel staff were great too and provided excellent service.
