It’s hard to find the hotel, and the staff speak little English, but they’re polite and helpful. I liked my room, which was clean and had everything I needed. I was meant to stay 4 nights, but had to go back to Tuzla. I’ve no reason not to come again.

The shower was sometimes hot, which was the only plus. We froze every night, and when we asked for at least an electric heater, all we got was extra blankets that were no use. The bed was extremely hard, with springs that felt like they were constantly digging into my body and bones. Even though it was winter, ants were all over our belongings, including the bed, food, and clothes. The website said there was a sauna, but there wasn’t one. None of the receptionists spoke a word of English. They were polite and patient, but that didn’t make up for all the difficulties. We’ll never stay here again if we have the choice.

I paid more than the standard room rate because I reserved a deluxe room, but when I arrived they gave me a standard room and didn’t refund the difference. The foreign lady was completely unfriendly. They claimed the POS machine wasn’t working because they wanted cash, but the machine was working. NOT RECOMMENDED!

The rooms are modern, new, and very clean, and the price is quite good. The only issue is a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom :/

The economy room bathroom was just horrible, there’s no other word for it. Mold covered the walls, and it smelled really bad.
