Kremlin Palace

Our daughters loved the Mini Club and spending time each day with the animators Baris and Nisa. They were caring, energetic, and genuinely kind, and their efforts gave us a chance to relax and enjoy the holiday. We’re a father and three daughters visiting from England, and we had a wonderful stay at Kremlin Palace. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and very family-friendly, with excellent food, pools, entertainment, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely return, maybe soon, maybe even sooner.

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my December 2025 stay at the Kremlin Palace Hotel. Customer relations checked in with me each day and said to get in touch if I needed anything. When I arrived, my luggage was taken to my room, which was lovely and had everything I needed. It was cleaned to a high standard daily, and the drinks in the fridge were replenished. Even though it was out of season, there were many places to eat. I imagine the choice in full season must be spectacular. I was given a complimentary booking at the Italian restaurant one evening, and both the food and service were fantastic. There’s also a lovely patisserie open daily for cakes, pastries, and drinks, plus food and drinks available around the clock if needed. There are lots of places to relax indoors and outside. The grounds feel like a well-designed little village, with a private beach and many pools that looked great. The drinks at the bar were good, with generous pours of local and international spirits. The decor throughout felt luxurious. I was very happy from arrival to departure, highly recommend staying here, and will definitely return to the KREMLIN PALACE when I’m next in Antalya.

We spent four nights and five days at Kremlin Palace and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel’s service was great for families and suited exactly what we wanted from a vacation. Our assistant, Nihal, helped us so much throughout the stay, and Burcu at reception was kind and supportive. They helped make the trip unforgettable. We’re already putting this hotel at the top of our list for next time and hope to return very soon.

We’re still staying at Kremlin Palace, and when we get back to the UK, we’ll leave a full review mentioning by name all the staff who have helped us. Nihal and the Guest Relations team have made a real difference. She has been attentive, professional, and committed to making our stay comfortable, with clear, prompt, supportive communication. We’ve had some challenges, but Nihal and the wider team listened, responded, and went above and beyond. Their handling of things reflects the hotel’s high service standards.
