The staff made this hotel for us. They were superb, couldn’t do enough, fixed a problem with our room, and regularly brought drinks to us at the pool. The family room had 2 bedrooms and enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bed was okay, not the best or the worst, the minibar was refilled daily, the aircon worked well in the room, and the shower had good pressure. There’s a mall almost opposite, plus more shops a short walk away that are well worth a visit. The shops at the other end of the resort probably mean a taxi for most people. The à la carte restaurants were okay but nothing special. The upstairs pool restaurant was very good, didn’t need booking, and was only open at night. Snack bars were good, though inconsistent. Alcohol quality was hit and miss, but it’s AI, so just drink more lol. The cocktail bar was very good but only open until 10pm. Aircon worked well in the main restaurant but was almost nonexistent in the hotel’s main areas and bar. The pools were good, but more cramped than at other hotels I’ve stayed at. The slides were good, not brilliant, and the beach felt almost part of the hotel, so it was easy to come and go. We had a really good holiday, though next time I’d try another hotel, since some along Lara Beach looked more spectacular, probably more expensive too.

The bar staff were fab, and the cocktail bar was our favourite. The drinks there tasted amazing. It’s a superb family hotel with fantastic staff who make the holiday special. The food is very good with plenty of choice, and the pool area and grounds are very clean. It has everything for a fantastic family holiday.

We could get drinks and snacks throughout the day, even out on the pier, and the pools, slides, beach, and pier were all very clean. The slides were fun for adults too. There was plenty of entertainment morning, afternoon, and evening, and the staff were friendly. Our rooms were spacious enough and very clean, with the safe and minibar included. We had a great stay from ths 27th of April till the 5th of May. Our private transfer from Antalya airport got us to the hotel in about 15 minutes. On arrival, someone took our suitcases, check-in was done within minutes, and we were shown to our rooms. My one suggestion would be to offer more variety at the dinner buffet. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay, and the hotel and staff deserve 5 stars.

Selim from the waiting staff was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were brilliant, and drinks and food were brought to us while we were sunbathing by the pool. Guest relations kept checking that holidaymakers were happy. The rooms were very clean, and the food was lovely, though in my opinion there wasn’t enough vegetarian food. This is an absolutely amazing hotel, and we’ll definitely go again.

The pools and beach were amazing, and we had a clean room with a nice view. Staff were super friendly and the food was tasty, with lots of choice. Calisanlar cok iyi. I recommend it to everyone. Enjoying the evening on the 1201 balcony.
