Songül's enthusiasm and positive energy made the holiday even more memorable. The animation team were fantastic, friendly, and energetic, making every activity fun. Their shows were great, and the evening entertainment made the stay feel special. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained, our room spotless and comfortable, and the food had a delicious range of choices each day. All the staff were kind, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Thanks to the animation team and everyone who organized the events and made our stay so special.

The entertainment crew were fantastic, full of energy, and my favorite animator was songul, who always looked after us. The shows and live music were perfect. The pools were very clean, and the sea view was wonderful. The poolbracg and public areas stayed clean too. The atmosphere was lovely, staff were nice, and service was fast. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. I recommend voyage kundu.

The spa setup impressed me, the gym had proper equipment, and the vitamin bar was a great touch. The kids club was excellent too, and communicating through the app's assistant system was easy. Check-in was quick, and the assistants worked hard and helped throughout my stay. I was at Voyage Kundu from June 9 to 14, just after this brand-new 2026 hotel opened, so it's an early impression. Some things still need refinement. The strongest parts were the food, design, and overall vibe: the buffet was excellent, drinks very good, and the Asian à la carte was the best specialty restaurant I tried. The architecture, lighting, and evening entertainment gave the resort a stylish feel that stood out from most all-inclusives. The AC was weak, the lobby felt too warm and visually underwhelming, service was sometimes slow, the beach was only okay, and the larger waterpark didn't impress me much. Cabanas were overpriced. Some of these opening-period issues may improve with time, but even with them, I found Voyage Kundu worth it. It has a lot of potential and gave me a more memorable stay than many established resorts.

Guests of all ages felt included. My favorite was SONGUL, she was so fun and sweet, always smiling. We had an amazing stay and left with lovely memories. From arrival, the warm welcome and professional service made us feel valued. Our room stayed spotless, comfortable, and well maintained throughout.
