The accommodation itself was clean and cozy, but I wouldn't choose it again, especially since the location is quite far. We stayed four nights. The main reason we picked it over other options was the pool with a kids' section, but it felt unsafe: the edges were sharp, the pool was very small, and the floor was slippery. I didn't want to risk my toddler falling and getting seriously hurt, so we didn't use it again. The baby cot mattress was far too soft, which isn't recommended because of the suffocation risk. I ended up not using it and cosleeping with both children. The bathroom notice said towels would be changed after three days, but that didn't happen. Overall, it was okay despite those problems.

Alp Suites Pinehill was a quiet, relaxing place for our holiday, and the rooms were very comfortable. The kitchenettes had everything we needed. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay, and manager Yunus was wonderful about it. He was always available, helped with our many requests, and did it with a smile.

This apart hotel has good, clean, tidy rooms, helpful staff, onside parking, and excellent double glazing. It's a short walk to the middle of the village, though getting down to the bars and seaside takes longer. Bring earplugs for the morning cockrale, who might end up having a date with the cooking pot.

We had a wonderful time, and Yunus helped us many times, including with cleaning the room. We stayed in different rooms, and every one was great. The cheesecakes at In bite kitchen cafe were delicious. Mark, Daniel, Tatiana and Eduard.

The rooms were a good size and nicely designed, and despite some downsides, I enjoyed staying here. Staff behavior and the lack of catering products were a real disappointment. It was also unfortunate that some rooms were in the basement.
