Ersoz Otel

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOTELYA HOTEL. It’s clean and affordable, with a legendary breakfast that was very good, all organic. It’s a boutique hotel and breakfast is included. We booked five days and called ahead to say we had a small dog. They welcomed us and accommodated us. But when we went to the sea, we couldn’t take our dog onto the beach. Akyaka is small, the beach is very crowded, and the market is tiny. We’re used to Bodrum’s crowds each year, and my wife and I decided to go back there. When we told the manager, he said “of course” and refunded our money. I wish we’d liked Akyaka enough to stay, but it doesn’t appeal to us. I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOTELYA HOTEL.

Akyaka has many places with beautiful, unique architecture, and this venue is one of them. Mr. Bahadır said he’d recently taken over, and he was attentive and polite. The staff and some parts of the room could use improvement.

We liked it, and it was a nice stay. The hotel is a boutique place, just as its name suggests. Our room was a little small, but since we were there for one night, it wasn’t an issue. I’m sure they have rooms for different needs. It’s close to the beach, as are all the accommodations here. Breakfast was standard.

The husband and wife who manage Ersöz Hotel were lovely, and the attention, cleanliness, and breakfast were excellent for the price. Please don’t criticize it or expect five star treatment for 200 TL; it was far better than that. I wish we’d had time to stay another night. It was peaceful, and I hope other grumpy, indifferent managers take the owners as an example. I’ll be back in Akyaka and stay at Ersöz Hotel. Thank you to the owners.
