If you want to dance and hang out, go after 22.00. We booked at 20.30 because the meals sounded promising, but nobody paid attention to us when we arrived. Maybe they don’t care much if you look young. We could’ve reserved somewhere else and got a good table, so wasting time here was a regret.

The staff were lovely, helpful, and accommodating, and the food was super delicious. They also had some really fun events while I was there. Even with the beach and river just two minutes away and everything else in Akyaka close by, the garden and pool felt like a little paradise away from the world. I can’t wait to come back!

For a more relaxed start, head to the garden on the right around 8-9 pm for chillout music, then join the main event at about 10-10:30 pm. Live music makes the night even better, so try to book one of those events. The entrance comes with drinks, which means there’s no entry cost at all. Best night out in town!

We booked a table for seven for a live concert. The young servers were quick and friendly, and the drinks were tasty and priced between 180-280₺. Gin and tonic was okay, gin and soda was below par, and the Burning Man cocktail was fine. A nice place for a night out in the area.

Five years ago this place was great. Now it feels like a money-making machine, overpriced and overrated. For the moment it’s the only international kite hotel in town, but there are much better local spots to explore. Drinks cost £10 + each, which is a bit ridiculous when they’re the same price in London.
