The kitchen staff were so friendly, and the breakfast was simple but tasty. There was no rush around the food, and I liked the rooftop atmosphere. It’s an affordable place to stay in Istanbul, and the staff were very friendly. They also seem very conscious of the environment and try to avoid waste. The shower didn’t have enough pressure to enjoy using it. Also, the receptionist smokes in the lobby, which isn’t healthy for me or other people.

The service was bad, and the rooms had a very unpleasant smell. The employees acted like they were at home resting. I went without breakfast for two days in a row because they didn’t make it with only two people at the hotel. Even if it were free, I wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast comes with a lovely view, and the staff have been friendly and helpful on both of my visits. The location is very good, close to all the historic places.

It’s a great family-run hotel, and the owner is very professional. You’re right in the middle of the Laleli area, with its textile companies and shops.

I was there for a week, and the service was excellent. Staff spoke Russian and English, handled questions and requests quickly, and you could order tea in your room. Breakfast was buffet-style, with an omelet and a range of snacks. There was also a good spread of hot dishes, fruit, and cold appetizers. The room was the main weak point, specifically the shower. Water pressure was poor, the floor was slippery, and storage was limited. For its price and star rating, though, the hotel felt worthwhile, and overall everything was excellent.
