I’d stayed here several times before, but noticed a big change on my latest visit. There’s a new owner, and they were kind and helpful. The decor has been improved, and the bed and sheets were all clean and tidy. 💯 percent recommend.

The rooms were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, and the staff came across as unprofessional. The location is good, though getting to the metro means about a 10-minute uphill walk with stairs.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I asked to have the bedclothes changed, but the girl didn’t answer me. While I was away, someone used the shower. Then when I came back at 11 AM, she refused to give me the key and said the room had been filled by another guest.

I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a lovely place in a nice location, and I’d recommend it to anyone. I live in London, and whenever I go to Istanbul, I stay here.
