The windows felt dangerous for children. They’re huge, start just below knee height, and an adult could easily fall out. Our group of eight also found the room setup ridiculous: each suite has a king bed and a sofa, so they told us two people could use the bed, one the sofa, and they’d bring a mattress for the fourth. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families at all. At check-in, they claimed our booking was for the following day, which was completely wrong, and had given our suite to someone else. Service was painfully slow, and even asking for basic things, like the iron listed in the booking, felt like they were trying to make us give up. There’s no lobby, no proper reception, and no bellboy. I hated Istanbul because of this hotel.

For 34 euros, the room was small and there were no services, which felt far too expensive. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are better places for 40 euros that include room service and breakfast.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hospitality was amazing. I felt right at home during my stay. One of the best value-for-money places in Istanbul.
8/10
The location is good, but there’s no lobby, and they shut the entrance door at midnight. Hard to believe this is a hotel.

The staff were friendly, and the breakfast at Choco Port café was good. Our rooms were thankfully clean, and when supplies were missing, they brought them relatively quickly by Turkish standards. Prices seemed normal for Istanbul and tourism. It works for a short stopover, as long as you’re not expecting luxury.
