Şehmuz and Levent really made our stay. They were warm, respectful, and sincere, always smiling and ready to help, with a practical approach to solving things. Their attentiveness made the whole visit more enjoyable, and we felt lucky to meet such dedicated people. The hotel itself was clean, with spacious, comfortable rooms and thoughtful details throughout. From our arrival, the professionalism and friendliness gave us a good feeling about the vacation ahead. There was a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel special rather than like ordinary guests. The facilities, service and general feel of the place exceeded what we expected. We'd happily recommend it to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy their time. It's more than somewhere to sleep, and we can't wait to return. Thanks to the whole team, especially Şehmuz and Levent.

Temur and Shehmuz were especially kind and professional. They treated us with respect, were polite and hardworking, and were always ready to help with a smile. Their service made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended. Thank you 😊

We were promised a nice room with a view, but got a tiny, smelly room beside some machine, with no view. They even tried to switch our room with someone else's after we'd already paid. The room was so small and smelled terrible, and the staff weren't welcoming. I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money and don't come here. Breakfast wasn't nice at all, and it was expensive for no reason. When you call, they say the rooms and breakfast are nice, but that's all lies. The receptionist, who looked about 35 and was bald, wasn't professional. His name was leven, and he pushed customers to write fake reviews about him. The way staff treated each other was bad too. Even the bathroom at reception smelled awful. I wonder if they know how to clean. So disappointing. Pushing guests to post fake reviews is on another level.

Mr. Levent was approachable, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. He assisted with requests, shared useful recommendations, and answered our questions promptly. His warm manner and commitment to making guests feel welcome helped make our visit comfortable, well organized, and memorable. From the first day, his attention to detail and genuine hospitality stood out. He consistently went beyond what was needed to make sure things ran smoothly. We're grateful for his professionalism and excellent care. Mr. Levent is a real asset to the hotel, and we'd be delighted to return and receive the same attention again.

Small, spotless, comfortable and full of charm. The room cleaning is your choice, with a Do Not Disturb option if you prefer. The owner was so welcoming, and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely too. It's in a great spot near public transport and within walking distance of lots of local shops. A cozy little place!
