Farina Hotel By Cigno

We stayed for three days. The hotel is beside a historic bridge, which is nice, but the views aren't. The stairway picture shows the view from room 103; the other view belongs to room 104, and those two rooms are connected.

The staff made this feel like a family visit. Mohsen at reception was especially kind, respectful, and ready to help with all our tourist questions. Leaving honestly felt like leaving a brother behind, and I even called after checking out just to thank everyone. Süleyman was friendly and supportive too, and Muhammet, the receptionist with glasses, always greeted us with a smile. The manager also helped us with a car drop-off one day, a thoughtful gesture. Their hospitality was a 10/10, and the team was both professional and willing to go above and beyond. We spent 3-4 days at Farina Hotel by Cigno in Istanbul, and I was more than 110% satisfied with the comfort, service, and location. Restaurants are just behind the hotel, and the Grand Bazaar is about a 20-minute walk away, with food, shopping, and transport easy to reach. It was one of the best hotel stays I've had. Farina Hotel by Cigno felt like a home away from home, and I'd definitely return and recommend it.

The rooms were clean, the elevators quick, and the lobby cats adorable. Set in the middle of Fatih, the hotel made it easy to get around by foot, taxi, bus, or tram, with lovely mosques all around. During Ramadan they were very accommodating with suhoor and Iftar. I booked at the last minute for a family trip to Türkiye and didn't expect to leave with more family of my own. This family-run place felt like home because of the owners and staff. Furkan, Eren, Muhammad, and Jafer helped with everything we needed without hesitation, even when my parents had lots of requests. Their patience really warmed my heart. I'd absolutely recommend it for its affordability, service, and personal care. When I return to Türkiye, I'll stay here again.

The front of the hotel has a nice view, which was a bonus. Some parts could use improvement, but we were happy with the stay and would book again if we returned. It's a good value hotel that grew on us over the days. Since it's family-run, the people are caring and kind, and try to meet your needs when they can. We asked to switch two of the four rooms we'd booked, and they arranged it as soon as possible without hesitation. All the staff were friendly and worked hard.
